Sound the Police Station alarm! The tow truck has yanked the jail window clean off with the chain and is helping the prisoner escape! Another prisoner is making off through the roof hatch, while another has dug a secret escape route through the toilets! There’s no time to lose! Take off in the police helicopter and spot the runaways from the sky and then zoom after them in the police car and motorbike before they get away for good! Includes 7 minifigures with assorted accessories: 3 policemen, apolicewoman and 3 crooks.

Over 60 percent of U.S. adult women are overweight, according to 2007 estimates from the National Center for Health Statistics of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Just over one-third of overweight adult women are obese.

In many cases the cause of obese Body is no doubt EATING EATING EATING HABITS, BAD EATING HABITS and definitely JUNK FOODS.   

HERE are some simple tips I would say it works for many. One thing is “ROAM WAS NOT BUILD IN A DAY “, so every great things are not achieved easily. It will need some serious sacrifices to loose weight. AFTER all it you who will be benefited ultimately.

IF some heavy Eater guys are trying this; Please! you all will need some extra efforts because you were the regular heavy meal taker or say junk foods. Coming to a new menu will be a tough job.
So if it works fine and good. IF you can’t leave it.
